The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) conducts routine night-time aerial surveillance along the border with Mozambique. In this footage, Mozambicans, having crossed into South Africa, wait in a sugar plantation for a minibus. When the vehicle arrives, many more people descend on the vehicle than it can carry. It causes panic amongst the crowd, who then disperse back into the protective cover of the sugar plantation.
